Mobile Communications Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number to KN Repair, you consent to receive communications from us as described below. Please read these terms carefully.

Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive the following types of messages from KN Repair:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service status updates
Technician arrival notifications
Follow-up communications regarding your service
Promotional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders (if opted in)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, service updates) are sent as needed. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. KN Repair is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving text messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

Replying STOP to any message from us
Calling us at 281-990-4438
Requesting removal during any service interaction

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional messages related to active service appointments.

Supported Carriers

Our mobile messaging service is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Service may not be available on all carrier plans.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and messaging data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Continued participation in our messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
