Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using the appliance repair services provided by KN Repair (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
KN Repair provides professional appliance repair services in the Greater Houston area. Our services include diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of residential appliances, with specialization in Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products.
Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or through our online scheduling form.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, service times may vary due to traffic, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a service call fee for future appointments.
Pricing & Payment
- A diagnostic/service call fee applies to all service visits. This fee will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
- Repair estimates will be provided after diagnosis. You may approve or decline the repair.
- Parts and labor costs are in addition to the service call fee unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Warranty on Repairs
- Labor is warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of service.
- Parts are warranted according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, power surges, acts of nature, or unapproved modifications.
- Warranty service requires the original service invoice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KN Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance issue and model details.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service.
- Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
- An adult (18+) must be present during the service appointment.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of KN Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
